Mark Vehicle VOR
Mark a vehicle VOR with a reason — external repair, mechanical breakdown, accident damage, awaiting parts, bodyshop or workshop repair — and an optional expected return date.
VOR from date and days VOR
FleetIQ records when a vehicle went VOR and calculates how many days it has been off the road, so you can see downtime at a glance and spot vehicles that have been off too long.
Maintenance handling during VOR
While a vehicle is VOR, FleetIQ suppresses normal overdue maintenance escalation (shown as 'Due During VOR') without deleting, resetting or rewriting any maintenance schedule. Nothing is lost.
Driver QR portal lockout
When a vehicle is VOR, scanning its QR code shows a dedicated VEHICLE OFF ROAD screen instead of the normal driver portal — so drivers can't accidentally start walkarounds on a vehicle that isn't in service.
Return to Service
Return a vehicle to service with a review of any outstanding work. FleetIQ records who returned it, when, and the full VOR duration in a permanent, append-only history.
